Using a mindful, person-cantered approach, I integrate aspects of sensorimotor psychology and the practical application of the polyvagal theory to counterbalance the effects of traumatic experiences, toxic stress and overstimulation of the central nervous system.

 I am dedicated to supporting embodied integrity in an affirmative way as a foundation for a fulfilled purposeful life. 

This includes supporting neurological diverse people in embracing who they are on a soul level.

Offering empathetic, non-judgemental listening in a safe space is a skill I practiced throughout life.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Balancing is a gentle and non-invasive therapy using light contact of hands and fingers to support the body's innate ability to self-regulate. 

Tuning into the breath of life. 

Issues that can be addressed include:

- General stress management 

- Supporting a healthy sleeping pattern

- May reduce headaches and migraines 

- Support to regain flexibility after physical traumas

- Calming effects on an overstimulated nervous system e.g. toxic stress to support physical integration after a traumatic experience

Other light touch techniques might be applied such as orthobionomy.

A typical series encompasses 4-6 sessions. This can vary depending on individual circumstances. meditation program

Personalised Affirmative Meditation

My offer to you is to co-create a personalized affirmative meditation. This 1 ½ hr session includes:

•  Clarifying your intentions and goals, including what has worked in the past and what hasn’t.
• · What are possible obstacles?  
• · How do you imagine your life to be once you achieve your goals
• · Would people who are important to you be affected if you follow through with your highest goals and changes in your life? 
• After clarifying the pros and cons it is time to commit to your set goals,
• Allow your affirmation to emerge through this process
• Record your affirmation meditation in your voice – please bring your preferred background music along. I can also offer to read your meditation out for you if you prefer.

My initial aspiration of becoming a counsellor was to become fluid in all 3 languages of manifestation: 

Over the last 37 years, I’ve undergone extensive training to nurture the body-mind-spirit trinity: 

Body: shaping my distinct treatment approach, with laying the fundament in 1986 graduating as a physiotherapist in Germany.

Mind: evident in my counselling Diploma and developmental understanding of human behaviour through my diploma in early childhood education and raising our children with one being neurodiverse. 

Spirit and soul: embracing shamanic practices and psychosophy elements, alongside a spectrum of meditation styles from dynamic to Vipassana.

Deeply enjoying the mysteries of life, I remain curious with a love for learning and deepening my understanding of the connectedness between Body-mind and soul/spirit  with all life on earth.
