In a world that appears to be in crisis on many fronts, holding onto a loving, optimistic perspective can be challenging. However, it’s important to remember that we have a choice: fear or love.

Regardless of what you may be feeling right now, know you are not alone.

This is a moment to come together as a community and connect to each other.

I will be providing assistance to the care team in case things become overwhelming. Additionally, Yia and Nick from Hearth Ground will always be available for a friendly chat over a lovely cuppa or Greek coffee.  

Additionally, our next Women’s Wednesday will be continuing with the lovefest vibes.

17-19 of May 2024 I will return to Wise Women’s offering a workshop:

Exploring the feminine expression: We’ll address the pelvic floor issues and their impact on movement. Starting with a grounding breath exercise, we’ll delve into pelvic motion through gentle movement. Aiming to extend boundaries, we’ll expand our movement range, to heighten our awareness, before transitioning into a free-flowing dance. Returning to our breath, we’ll let our voices join the dance. Exploring chakra-aligned sounds, we’ll create our unique wordless song of life. Guided by a shamanic drumbeat, each woman will have the opportunity to express herself through movement and sound, being witnessed in a small sisterhood group.

This year (May 23), has been chilly and amazing. The lifting of the morning mist over the healing tents set the tone for jet another conference with a new dawn on how we move forward from here... Already looking forward to next year's conference. We will return in 2022 with the healing tent, so excited especially after a year of great change and challenges, it feels more important than ever to gather and dream alive the new way of walking. This event had been created by Michelle Mahrer, Radiance dance event and it was a great honor to be invited along with my temple tent ... joining in with the dance and giving treatments in before, in between and after scheduled activities. It too had been the impression of a new area of co-creation, as other leaders of a growing and intertwining community came as presenter too: Yia Alias from Hearth Ground lead deeply touching ceremonies as she is a ceremony woman. Feeling blessed to be called to the circle of amazing women!

The little river camp was our place, amongst the healing tent, calligraphy, the red tent and  the visions keeper tent. We are looking forward to return to the next unity festival, no new date jet. This event set a new beginning as we got together after to form the Unity-care team - jet to find a new name as we love to keep supporting as a group other festivals too. We decided on up-skill all members of this new unfolding support team... stay tuned!
